Super Star Car Wash - Greenville Ave & Dyer St

My wife ran through here recently and came home with nothing but praises. She was particularly concerned about getting the wheels cleaned properly and something didn't function right initially. But, Cam stepped in and handled it promptly and professionally. She is super pleased and will not hesitate to return!

Extremely disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle through this car wash with a roof rack installed. During the wash, the overhead equipment caught the roof rack and caused damage to my vehicle. The damage includes scratches on the roof, scratches on one roof rail, and a noticeable dent in the other roof rail. I have attached photos of the damage. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have used another location of the same car wash company with this exact roof rack. At that location, an employee noticed the roof rack and disabled the overhead brushes before the wash started to prevent damage. As a result, there were no issues. At this location, no such precaution was taken. After the incident, I spoke with the manager and was told that because the roof rack was not factory-installed, the company would not cover the damage. I was also told that even if a claim was submitted, it would be denied. The most disappointing part was that there appeared to be no interest in actually reviewing the situation. Instead of investigating what happened, I was essentially told in advance that filing a claim would be pointless because it would be rejected anyway. No c

Their conveyor belt pulled my vehicle off the track and damaged it. They refused to reimburse me and then lied to my insurance company to avoid accountability. Don't trust them to be honest about their damage claim process. I should have got the police involved immediately after. They refused to share the videos they have of the incident.

Super FAST to withdraw the monthly membership money EVEN AHEAD OF time , But terribly services . Paying for the super shine membership but they cheat providing such service. This is a very crowded place and this happens in another locations too. I’m canceling my membership SOON . There are lot of NEWER car washes near by , better , cleaner TUNNELS, and even BETTER prices . Super start is JUST THE NAME.

This location is just down the street from me so is very convenient. John and Josalin were very helpful. To be honest my car was in really rough shape and it came out looking brand new. I will definitely come again. They also have free vacuums. Loved it!
